Noblesville, and the rest of Hamilton County, is still growing. Here’s what’s being built at sites throughout the city.
King Jugg Brewing Company
King Jugg Brewing Company is constructing a location on the site of the former Bolden’s Dry Cleaners in downtown Noblesville at 151 North Eighth Street. The new location will be located along the White River and within the city’s Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area.
Construction is expected to be completed in 2027. King Jugg is the official beer of Fishers Freight Football and has a brewery in Broad Ripple and a Tap Room in Fishers, according to a news release from the City of Noblesville.
The Noblesville location will include indoor and outdoor dining, a basketball court, children’s play area, a dance floor and raised stage.
Gatewood Lakes
Construction began this year on Gatewood Lakes, a 1,100-acre master-planned community that will include residential, recreational and commercial spaces.
Located near Innovation Mile and the Ruoff Music Center, it will be a golf cart-friendly community with single-family homes, townhome and multi-family residences along 2.5 miles of shoreline and a central community island, according to the city.
Planned amenities include over 20 miles of trails, 140 acres of green space, a mini-marina, and a future mixed-use district known as Deer Creek Village, with shops, restaurants and walkable connections to entertainment.
Phased development will continue over the next decade. It’s the largest housing development in Noblesville’s history.
Morse Village
Morse Village is a $250 million, 175-acre mixed-use development set for Noblesville’s northwest side on the Morse Reservoir.
The development is located at the intersection of 206th Street and Hague Road.
The project will include 30,000 square feet of commercial space for local dining and retail, with more than 650 new homes ranging from single-family residences to townhomes, condos and apartments. It has over 30 acres of greenspace, six miles of trails and sidewalks and and a nature preserve designed for eagle watching.
Construction began in 2025.
Judicial Center expansion
Hamilton County officials broke ground in May on the Judicial Center expansion project in downtown Noblesville.
The project will add more than 100,000 square feet to the existing facility, including seven new courtrooms, upgraded security and expanded public space.
The three-story addition will consolidate multiple county offices and provide room for future growth. The first floor will eventually house county offices, while the second floor will serve as the new home for the additional courtrooms. The third floor will remain unfinished for later buildout as caseloads continue to rise, according to a news release from the county.
Built in 1992, the current Judicial Center has been remodeled several times to accommodate new staff and departments, but post-pandemic case filings have pushed the courts well beyond their intended capacity. Once completed, the expansion will also support newly elected judges who take office in 2027.
Hamilton County Public Safety Center
A new facility that will allow firefighters to train more easily for emergencies at multi-story buildings is under construction in Noblesville. It is being built off 160th Street in Noblesville, where there is an existing, smaller training center.
