It’s almost time for the ACC Kickoff media event, which will take place July 15-17 at the Hilton Charlotte Uptown in Charlotte, North Carolina. Each school in the conference will be represented by specific players on their roster and their head coach.
On Wednesday, the players who will join Florida State head coach Mike Norvell were revealed per the team’s website. Wide receiver Duce Robinson, defensive back Ja’Bril Rawls, and quarterback Ashton Daniels will make the trip with him.
It makes perfect sense to have Robinson at the event after the season he had in 2025. He registered nearly 1,100 yards and scored six touchdowns, which led to First-team All-ACC honors. Rawls is coming off a productive year as well with 40 tackles, two tackles for loss, one interception, two pass breakups, and one fumble recovery in his first year as a starter.
Daniels is a transfer add for FSU. So, the fact that he’s been selected to represent the Seminoles at this event says a lot as he gets set to be their starter. He threw for 797 and ran for another 280 yards in four games with the Auburn Tigers last season. In his career, which includes 37 games of action, he’s thrown for 4,783 and run for 1, 397 yards with 35 total scores. He spent three seasons with the Stanford Cardinal.
