Over their recent stretch of games, the Golden State Warriors have been dealing with a limited rotation due to a flurry of injuries. However, the Warriors have recently been welcoming back some much-needed reinforcements. After getting Kristaps Porzingis back from an illness on Saturday, the Warriors could be getting back a veteran sharp-shooter on Monday night in Utah.
After not playing since early December due to a left sciatic nerve irritation injury, Seth Curry has been upgraded to probable for Monday’s road contest against the Utah Jazz. Since joining the Warriors in December, Curry has missed 39 games while dealing with his sciatica injury.
The Warriors will likely need Curry to contribute right away. The Warriors will still be missing Steph Curry (knee), Porzingis (illness), Al Hoford (toe) and Moses Moody (wrist) on Monday night against the Utah Jazz.
Prior to his injury, Curry played two games with the Warriors, averaging seven points on 66.7% shooting from the field and 50% from beyond the arc in 16 minutes per game.
The Warriors will tip off against the Jazz on Monday night at 6 p.m. PT.
