Gene Autry Trail reopens in Palm Springs; Indian Canyon still closed

Palm Springs police reopened North Gene Autry Trail at the wash on Thursday, May 28 after closing it two days earlier due to low visibility from blowing sand.

The city closed both North Gene Autry Trail and North Indian Canyon Drive on Tuesday, May 26. North Indian Canyon Drive, between Sunrise Parkway and Garnet Avenue, remained closed as of Thursday morning.
