Officials said the temporary changes are intended to slow traffic, improve visibility and make walking routes safer for students and families.

The city plans to monitor the projects for one to two months before deciding whether to make the changes permanent.

People who have traveled through the areas are encouraged to complete a survey about how the changes are working at https://shorturl.at/2qYk1.
