New Berlin police are asking for the public’s help locating a 14-year-old girl who has been missing since Friday, July 3.
Alexis Grubor was last seen around 7:30 p.m. July 3 on West Honey Lane, walking left onto South 124th Street in New Berlin, police said.
Online flyers say Alexis is white and Hispanic, 5-foot-1 and 125 pounds. She has short dark brown hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a gray and black hoodie, dark shorts and purple Adidas sandals with white socks, said Deputy Chief Tony Pine.
Pine said investigators have been following several leads. He said July 7 that he hopes to have an update to share widely soon.
Pine said investigators believe Alexis got into an argument with her family before leaving home. The department said no foul play is suspected at this time.
According to the flyers, Alexis didn’t bring any belongings with her and likely hasn’t been taking daily medications.
New Berlin police ask anyone with information to call the department at 262-780-4609.
