An 18-year-old Marinette woman is dead after a two-vehicle crash on May 7 in the town of Porterfield, according to the Marinette County Sheriff’s Office.
Alise C. LaPierre was killed after an oncoming vehicle crossed the centerline while trying to negotiate a curve on State 180, the sheriff’s office said in a press release.
Jacob S. Lebick, 39, of Marinette, was traveling south on State 180, south of Nettleton Road, at around 5:52 p.m., when he veered into the northbound lane, the sheriff’s office said.
No injury report was provided regarding Lebick.
The incident remains under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office and the Marinette County Medical Examiner’s Office.
