MANITOWOC – A multi-agency drug investigation in Manitowoc and Door counties led to multiple arrests and the seizure of large amounts of cocaine and methamphetamine, along with firearms and suspected fraudulent documents, authorities said.
Drug task force investigation seizes cocaine, meth and firearms
The Manitowoc County Metro Drug Unit and the DEA Green Bay Resident Office, working with the Door County Drug Unit, ATF, FBI and the Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation, investigated suspected distribution of narcotics, firearms and fraudulent documents from January through April 2026.
Investigators said they bought and seized more than 700 grams of cocaine, nearly 3,000 grams of methamphetamine, eight firearms and multiple manufactured fraudulent documents.
April 14 operation in Manitowoc and Door counties leads to arrests
Authorities said arrests on April 14 included Arquimides Arias-Hernandez, 29, of Two Rivers and Santiago Trujillo-Alvarez, 32, of Sturgeon Bay.
Both are being held in the Manitowoc County Jail on narcotics distribution charges and federal immigration detainers, officials said.
The case is being reviewed for additional charges. Each is being held on $500,000 cash bail.
