Han (12-0) will defend her World Boxing Association lightweight title vs. the former world boxing and UFC champion Holm (34-3-3) on May 30 at the El Paso County Coliseum and nationally televised on ESPN at 7 p.m. MT/8 p.m. CT.

It will be Han’s third title defense of the title she won in El Paso vs. Hannah Terlep on Feb. 25, 2025, at the El Paso County Coliseum.

Stephanie Han defeated Holly Holm in the first meeting in Puerto Rico.

Han defeated Holm, who is from Albuquerque, on Jan. 3 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, by technical decision after the fight was stopped in the seventh round after an accidental head butt caused a cut on Han’s forehead.

Han, who was in control of the fight at the time of the stoppage, won by scores of 69-65, 69-64, 68-65.

The rematch with Holm was announced March 6 as part of a rollout of MVPW, a women-focused addition to Jake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions. Han-Holm 2 will be MVPW-3.

Popular Puerto Rican star Amanda Serrano to be co-main event

Puerto Rico’s Amanda Serrano (48-4-1, 31 KOs) will make her return to the ring to face Germany’s Cheyenne Hanson (17-2, 13 KOs) in a 10-round championship bout for the unified WBA and WBO world titles contested at 126 pounds in the featherweight division. Serrano is the first-ever Puerto Rican undisputed world champion.

Also joining the main card will be MVP and Australia’s unified middleweight world champion Desley Robinson (11-3, 4 KOs), who will make a 10-round title defense at 160 pounds against Montreal, Quebec, Canadian challenger Mary Spencer (10-3, 6 KOs).

Mexico’s WBC junior flyweight world champion Lourdes Juarez(39-4, 5 KOs) will also make a 10-round defense of her WBC title against MVP’sthree-division champion Yokasta Valle (34-3, 10 KOs) as Valle steps up to fight for her seventh world title.

MVPW on ESPN will always feature a main card composed entirely of women’s fighters, with an undercard that includes a mix of women’s and men’s bouts. MVPW-03 is part of MVPW, a new year-round global platform for women’s boxing from MVP.

What co-founders of MVP Nakisa Bidarian and Jake Paul said

“MVPW-03 is absolutely stacked as we deliver a quadruple world championship card, highlighted by the highly anticipated ESPN debut of Amanda Serrano,” said Nakisa Bidarian and Jake Paul, co-founders of MVP. “Amanda continues to set the global standard for women’s boxing, and matching her in a title defense against a dangerous knockout artist like Cheyenne Hanson creates a blockbuster double main event alongside Stephanie Han vs. Holly Holm. This is a powerful statement about where women’s boxing stands today. Add in the return of Desley Robinson and the expected war in the Mexico vs. Costa Rica matchup between Lourdes Juarez and Yokasta Valle, and this night is going to be fireworks in El Paso.”
