Amid a boom in the Lubbock chicken restaurant scene, one of the city’s mainstays is extending hours.
Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers announced that three of the Lubbock locations will now be open longer.
“Whether you’re a Texas Tech student studying late, a family looking for dinner after an evening activity or someone simply craving Cane’s after hours, we’re looking forward to serving you,” said Jonas Davila, Raising Cane’s area leader of restaurants. “The only change is that we’re making it available for more hours throughout the day, giving Customers additional opportunities to enjoy our Chicken Finger meals when it’s most convenient for them.”
Which Raising Cane’s Lubbock locations are open late, have new hours?
Three Lubbock Raising Cane’s restaurants have expanded hours. Here are the locations and new hours:
Davila said these locations’ hours were extended to match customer demand in those areas.
“We selected these Restaurants based on late-night demand to ensure we’re providing the best experience possible for our Customers,” Davila said. “For instance, the University Avenue Restaurant serves a large student population near Texas Tech, while the 57th Street and 4th Street locations serve different parts of the city with varying traffic patterns.”
There will be no other changes besides the extended hours.
“Lubbock has been an incredible Community for Raising Cane’s, and we’re grateful for the support we’ve received over the years,” Davila said. “These extended hours are one more way we’re investing in our Customers and responding to how they use our Restaurants. We’re excited to continue serving Red Raiders, local families and visitors alike with the quality food and hospitality they’re accustomed to from Cane’s.”
