See which Cincinnati baseball players earned All-Ohio honors

The Cincinnati area had a productive baseball weekend with two state champions, two runner-ups and a Cinderella semifinalist during last week’s Ohio High School Athletic Association state tournament.

With the state championships awarded, the Ohio High School Baseball Coaches Association has released its all-state teams for all seven divisions. Greater Cincinnati did very well as expected.

Cincinnati’s Division I all-state baseball players in 2026

Division I schools dominated the all-state listings.

State runner-up Moeller had four honorees and state champion St. Xavier had two.

First team: Moeller junior Nathan McDowell was one of three first-team pitchers. Others are Moeller first baseman Conner Cuozzo, Lakota West catcher Braydon Johnson, Lebanon second baseman Mason Hurst, Oak Hills shortstop Wil Kraus, Springboro shortstop Ben Veletean, Princeton third baseman Kenny Pope, Springboro outfielder Nick Hutchinson and St. Xavier utility player Jack Ryan.

Second team: Oak Hills’ Ryan Murphy and Mason’s Ben Hanley were honored as pitchers. So were Elder catcher Carson Smith, Princeton shortstop Manny Sanchez Gonzalez and Elder third baseman Jack Rosenacker.

Honorable mention: Moeller shortstop Reggie Watson, Mason shortstop Sam Davies, Moeller outfielder Adam Maybury, Lakota West outfielder Kam Gaalaas, Milford outfielder Sam Kiger and Mason utility Liam Sander.

Cincinnati’s Division II All-Ohio baseball players in 2026

Loveland senior Drew Oerther was honorable mention pitcher.

Cincinnati’s Division III All-Ohio baseball players in 2026

In Division III, state champion Badin had seven all-state honorees.

Senior Caleb Driessen was a first-team honoree as pitcher. So were catcher Keegan Sawyer, second baseman Cade Cummins and outfielder Chandler Taylor.

First baseman Vince Laugle was a second-team honoree.

Honorable mention picks were pitcher Brooks Treadway and shortstop Derek Ogden.

Also in Division III, McNicholas junior Nathan Kramer was a second-team honoree at pitcher.

Cincinnati’s Division IV All-Ohio players in 2026

Indian Hill had two honorees. Mississippi State commit Devlan Daniel was first team at shortstop and Dylan Hartman was honorable mention at catcher.

Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy senior Jace Pittser was a first-team honoree at first base.

Cincinnati’s Division V All-Ohio baseball players in 2026

Blanchester shortstop Cooper Reynolds and Seven Hills second baseman Will Ackerman were both named second team all-state.

Cincinnati’s Division VI All-Ohio baseball players in 2026

Miami Valley Christian Academy senior Max Simon was named first team all-state at first base.

Cincinnati Country Day sophomore shortstop Ryan Pavlisko, sophomore utility Casey Newman and senior outfielder Jaemeson French were named honorable mention all-state.
