Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever (15-10) bounced back with a 110-107 win over the Seattle Storm (6-21) in shootout fashion.
Clark secured her new WNBA career-high in points with 45 on 11 of 18 shooting, including 6 of 10 from 3-point range. The three-time WNBA All-Star notched another double-double with her 10 assists as well.
In a game where Fever center Aliyah Boston was out (right lower leg), Indiana guard Kelsey Mitchell was electric, too. Mitchell dropped 30 points on 13 of 25 shooting.
Indiana is back in action on Saturday night for the second half of a back-to-back as they host the New York Liberty (13-11) inside Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

Caitlin Clark and Kelsey Mitchell have combined for 63 points. That duo of Fever superstars has been sensational tonight.

With more than half of the fourth quarter remaining, Seattle is cruising to a triple digits. The Fever need answers in a hurry as Kelsey Mitchell has cooled off offensively and Indiana now finds itself trailing by eight.
Caitlin Clark has 31 points on 7 of 13 shooting, including 4 of 7 from deep. Clark has also registered eight assists, three steals, one rebound and one block.

The Fever have surrendered back-to-back 30-plus quarters to the Storm and trail heading to the fourth frame, 88-82.
Seattle outscored Indiana, 32-23, in the third quarter to build its six-point advantage.

Unlike last week’s back-to-back, Fever head coach Stephanie White said the expectation currently is that Caitlin Clark will also be available tomorrow night, too. The Fever host the New York Liberty on Saturday night.
Clark will be on another minutes restriction against the Storm.
