Concerts on the Lawn
July 24, 6 to 7 p.m. at East Library. Free.
East Library will host the next EVPL Concerts on the Lawn performances. Monte Skelton will perform.
Vanderburgh County Fair
Daily through July 25 at the Vanderburgh County 4-H Grounds. $10 admission, kids nine and under free.
The Vanderburgh County Fair is underway and offering family fun through the weekend. This includes rides, animal showcases and fair food.
Attendees can check what’s happening at the fair each day by going online and checking the fair schedule at vanderburghcountyfair.com.
Sustainability Super Saturday at the Evansville Museum
July 25, 11 to 3 p.m. at the Evansville Museum of Arts, History and Science. Free.
The Evansville Museum will host an event this weekend focused on conservation and sustainable living. Some of the activities include a children’s book swap, take-home scavenger hunt and recycled crafts.
Animal Enrichment Day at Mesker Park Zoo
July 25, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Mesker Park Zoo. Included with regular zoo admission.
Zoo keepers will host chats around the zoo throughout the day Saturday discussing how to keep the animals healthy and happy. There will also be games and activities available between talks. Admission is $11 for adults, $10 for kids 3 to 12 and free for kids under age 2.
Jurassic Quest
July 24-26 at Old National Events Plaza. Tickets start at $28.60.
Jurassic Quest will be in town for three days at Old National Events Plaza. Attendees can see life-sized dinosaurs, explore bounce houses and dig for fossils.
Tickets are available online, including for dedicated sensory times.
