The Chicago Bears will battle the Washington Commanders on Monday Night Football in Week 6, where Chicago is looking for their third straight win after starting the season 0-2.
The Bears are coming off a bye week where they’re riding a two-game winning streak. After division losses to the Minnesota Vikings and Detroit Lions, Chicago defeated the Dallas Cowboys and Las Vegas Raiders and are now entering a favorable portion of their schedule. Quarterback Caleb Williams has shown immense growth and the defense should be getting back some injured starters.
Meanwhile, the Commanders are coming off a 27-10 win over the Los Angeles Chargers, where Washington rallied from a 10-0 deficit to score 27 unanswered points in the victory. Quarterback Jayden Daniels returned to the lineup after missing two games due to injury. Rookie running back Jacory Croskey-Merritt rushed for 111 yards and two touchdowns while the Commanders sacked Justin Herbert four times.
Now, the Bears and Commanders will square off on the prime-time stage in a rematch of last year’s dramatic, Hail Mary ending, where Caleb Williams will look to even the series up against Jayden Daniels. Can Chicago pull the upset over Washington?
