Florida State has taken their search for offensive line talent to the state of Pennsylvania. They have made a scholarship offer to four-star recruit Ty Winn.
“#AGTG! After a great conversation with Coach Manrey I am blessed to receive an offer from Florida State University! ,” Winn said on social media.
His recruitment has taken quite an uptick in terms of offers the last few months. He’s also gotten offers from the Georgia Bulldogs, Ohio State Buckeyes, Penn State Nittany Lions, Florida Gators, Texas Longhorns, and Texas A&M over that span.
Winn is the No. 214 recruit and the No. 23 offensive tackle per 247Sports composite rankings. In the state of Pennsylvania, he’s the No. 7 prospect.
He’s a massive kid at 6-foot-7 and 270 pounds. Also, he’s shown himself to be a student of the game and a player that’s a perfectionist.
