The lineup includes Busy Bee Cafe and Pete’s Breakfast House in Ventura, Nocciola in Ojai, Dominick’s in Oxnard, Ottavio’s and El Tecolote in Camarillo, Moody Rooster in Westlake Village, Golden Dragon in Thousand Oaks, El Pescador in Fillmore and Cactus Patch Restaurant in Moorpark.
