The San Joaquin County Medical Examiner’s Office identified Narcissa Nicole Frye-Brown as the 30-year-old Santa Rosa woman killed in a Stockton Burger King parking lot this week.
Frye-Brown died in a fatal shooting Monday, June 15 at the restaurant located in the 600 block of West Martin Luther King Boulevard.
Police said officers responded just after 11 p.m. to the area for a report of a person shot.
Arriving officers found Frye-Brown with a gunshot wound, police said. She was taken to a hospital and later pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made in connection with the shooting.
Anyone with information about the shooting can contact the Stockton Police Department or submit an anonymous tip through Stockton Crime Stoppers at 209-946-0600.
Stockton police said Frye-Brown’s death marked the city’s 12th homicide this year.
