Oh la la, Palm Springs Cinéma Français is back. Here's what to know

Looking to expand your appreciation of international cinema? You’re in luck, because the Palm Springs Cinéma Français film festival returns later this month.

The Palm Springs Cultural Center will host the weekend film festival devoted to contemporary French‑language cinema from Thursday, Feb. 26 through Sunday, March 1. Curated by Desert Film Society’s executive director Beth Ellen Fromm, the festival has a lineup of new and award‑winning feature films and shorts from France and French‑speaking regions, all screened with English subtitles.

When is Cinema Francais?

The French film festival takes over the Palm Springs Cultural Center from Thursday, Feb. 26 through Sunday, March 1.

The Cultural Center is located at 2300 E. Baristo Road in Palm Springs.

How much are tickets? How do I get them?

Tickets for individual films cost $15 for the general public, while Desert Film Society members cost $12.

A VIP all-access pass costs $160 for the public or $128 for Desert Film Society members.
