The Los Angeles Lakers visit the Phoenix Suns on Thursday, and if you’re wondering how you can watch all the action live, you’ve come to the right place.
After eight straight games at home, during which they went just 4-4, the Lakers head out for a quick two-game road trip. They will start that trip against a feisty Suns team that has arguably overachieved so far this season after trading away future Hall of Famer Kevin Durant this past summer. Dillon Brooks, one of the players Phoenix acquired in the Durant deal, is averaging a career-high 20.9 points a game, and a number of its young players have stepped up as well.
Brooks and leading scorer Devin Booker are expected to be out for Thursday’s game, but the Suns still have players who can do damage, especially considering the issues the Lakers have been having.
The Lakers have lost back-to-back games to the Boston Celtics and Orlando Magic and are in sixth place in the Western Conference with a 34-23 record. The Suns are two games behind the Lakers and in seventh place with a 33-26 record.
This will be the fourth matchup this season between these two teams, and things have gotten chippy at times between them. Phoenix currently leads the season series two games to one.
