Although he missed practice on Wednesday, Davante Adams still plans to play against the Seattle Seahawks in Sunday’s NFC West showdown.
“He’s making good progress,” Sean McVay said of Adams. “He did the walkthrough. I still feel the same as what I communicated to you guys on Monday.”

Adams told McVay that he’ll be ready to go against the Seahawks this weekend, and McVay has no reason not to trust his receiver. So he expects Adams to be on the field in this pivotal Week 11 game.
“I do, yeah,” he said. “That’s what he tells me. He’s feeling good and I trust the man. He’ll be ready.”
Adams is at the point in his career where he knows his body well enough and can communicate clearly to the coaching staff and trainers about his status. He exited last week’s game in the second half and did not return, but McVay said Adams probably could’ve gone back in if the game was closer.
The Rams receiver leads the NFL with nine touchdown catches and has been a key contributor on offense all year, so Los Angeles needs him as healthy as possible for the stretch run. As long as there’s no risk of further injury, he should be cleared and ready to roll this weekend with first place in the NFC West on the line.
