She explains that at a recent Board meeting, Supervisor Montgomery clarified remarks made by Port Huron City Manager James Freed: Ft. Gratiot taxpayers were not going to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to repair the Tainter Gate that was allegedly underinsured by the City of Port Huron.Â
