In observance of Juneteenth on Friday, June 19, several City of Amarillo offices will be closed that day, including City Hall, all Amarillo Public Library locations, and the Amarillo Municipal Court.
The city said all library locations will have regular hours throughout the rest of the weekend.
Court payments can be made at the court’s drop box at 201 S.E. Fourth, and online payments can be made at the court’s website, www.amarillo.gov/municipal-court

Solid Waste service schedule
For residential customers, Thursday customers will be serviced Wednesday (June 17), and Friday customers will be serviced Thursday (June 18).
For commercial customers, Friday routes will be serviced Thursday (June 18). Curbside service will not be available Friday.
The landfill will be closed Friday and will reopen Saturday.
Brush sites will be closed Friday and will reopen Monday (June 22).
Ross Rogers and Comanche Trail Golf Complexes will have normal hours of operation.
