Honda Odyssey sought after child on bike hit in Sheboygan

SHEBOYGAN – Sheboygan police are asking for the public’s help identifying a driver after a child riding a bicycle was struck by a minivan and the driver left the scene, according to a department Facebook post shared May 2.

Child struck while crossing North 14th Street at St. Clair Avenue

Police said the crash happened at about 2:50 p.m. Monday, April 20.

Investigators said the child was crossing North 14th Street at St. Clair Avenue when the bicycle was hit.

Dark Honda Odyssey minivan may have front bumper damage

The vehicle was described as a dark-colored Honda Odyssey minivan traveling north on North 14th Street, police said.

Police said the driver briefly stopped but then continued without making a report.

Authorities said the minivan likely has damage to the front bumper area.

Police ask witnesses to call and reference case number

Anyone who witnessed the crash or has information about the vehicle or driver is asked to contact Sheboygan police at 920-459-3333.

Police asked callers to reference case No. C26-06881.
