Where does the Bucs offense rank after the 2026 NFL Draft?

The Bucs offense is going to be a fun watch, as it has been every year for several years, but how efficient will it be?

Quarterback Baker Mayfield has been hit or miss for the Bucs the last two seasons. At the start of the year, he looked like the front-runner for the MVP award before he and the whole offense fell apart. The team remains stacked at wide receiver despite the absence of Mike Evans, and the revamped running back room will allow for a new spark.

Despite all of those things, Bleacher Report’s Brad Gagnon remains less than optimistic about the group. In his post-NFL Draft power rankings, he has the Bucs ranked 22nd in the league in terms of offense. The rankings may be low, but he makes the argument for it, saying, “Robinson didn’t exactly have the Falcons dominating opposing defenses. And while Evans isn’t the player he used to be, he was a staple in Tampa the last 12 years. It is true that the injury bug hit the Bucs hard last year, but it still feels like the 31-year-old Mayfield has hit a wall that will limit what this offense can do in 2026.”

The ultimate x-factor in all of this is the aforementioned Zac Robinson. The new offensive coordinator has a heavy burden on his shoulders, and how he schemes the weapons at his disposal could easily make or break the Bucs’ season in 2026.
