WAUPACA − Opportunity Development Centers Inc. is opening a new location in Waupaca to provide services for people with disabilities, according to a community announcement.
A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. March 24 at 1990 Godfrey Drive. An open house will follow from 10:30 a.m. to noon, according to the announcement.

Support for individuals with disabilities
The Waupaca location will offer employment services, day services and community supported living/daily living skills. Future plans include expanding to offer children’s long-term support services and mental health services.
“We are very excited about our expansion into the Waupaca community. We are looking forward to being able to fulfill the growing needs of providing support to individuals with disabilities and their families in the Waupaca area. ODC is grateful and excited for this new opportunity to expand our mission of supporting people with disabilities to achieve their work and life goals to the Waupaca community,” said Erin Smith, ODC president and CEO.
