BEAVER DAM – A Minnesota man was arrested after a single-vehicle rollover crash with injuries in the town of Beaver Dam on Friday, June 20, according to Dodge County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded about 5:47 p.m. to the crash on County G, south of U.S. 151. The department learned through preliminary investigation that the vehicle was heading north on County G when it lost control on a curve. The driver overcorrected and entered the east ditch, striking a culvert and vaulting into the air before coming to rest in trees and bushes.

One passenger, 35 years old, was transported to Marshfield Medical Center in Beaver Dam and then flown to UW Health University Hospital with serious injuries.
The driver, 34-year-old Basil Moulds, was arrested on suspicion of operating while intoxicated causing injury — as a second offense — possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported by ambulance to Marshfield Medical Center, then to Dodge County Jail after being medically cleared.
The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office Crash Investigation Team continues to investigate the crash.
Beaver Dam Fire Department and Paramedics, Dodge County Emergency Response Team and Flight for Life also assisted at the scene.
