Teen reported missing from Two Rivers in November

Solis Gomez and Pedro Giron Perez, 34, were both arrested when Wyoming state troopers conducted a traffic stop near the Colorado border Nov. 29, 2025, and rescued the Two Rivers girl who was also in the car.

The teenager was reported as missing when her family noticed she hadn’t been to work and asked the Two Rivers Police Department to do a welfare check on her.

Criminal complaint outlines alleged abduction

According to the criminal complaint, police found a partially open door to her residence. A witness told the police she had been texting the missing girl, who said she was traveling and her disappearance was for the safety of her family.

The witness further stated the victim told them her boyfriend had become involved with “the cartel” and said she woke up to an airdropped photo with a gun pointed at the residence she was staying at.

Another witness said they saw the victim leave their residence around 3 p.m. Nov. 28 with a Hispanic male.

Cellphone tracking led to arrest

Through use of state and national resources and collaboration with out-of-state law enforcement agencies, the missing teen was found through tracking her cellphone.

Man sentenced to four years imprisonment

Solis Gomez was sentenced to four years of imprisonment, followed by 10 years of extended supervision, by Judge Jerilyn Dietz.

Conditions of his supervision include counseling, maintaining employment and having no contact with the victim or her family.

He was represented by attorney Julius Andriusis. His case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Angelina Scarpelli and presided over by Dietz.

Giron Perez is expected for a plea hearing at the Manitowoc County Courthouse July 1.

He is represented by attorney Brandon Zegiel. His case is also being prosecuted by Scarpelli and presided over by Dietz.
