OSHKOSH – The new Burlington branch is almost here.
When will Burlington open in Oshkosh?
The national off-price retailer is set to open its doors sometime this spring after taking over the 1226 S. Koeller St. space previously vacated by fabrics store Joann between T.J. Maxx and Shopko Optical.
What to expect inside: Burlington’s reimagined store design
Burlington didn’t give an official opening date but revealed the new location will feature the company’s “reimagined store design, which reflects Burlington’s broader strategy to modernize stores, making it easier for shoppers to find the brands they know and love.”
According to a news release, all new Burlington stores will feature this refreshed format, including wider, more organized aisles and bold signage for easier navigation to the latest must-have trends.
What Burlington sells and how big the chain is
Originally a coat retailer, Burlington has branched into a major department store, selling clothing, footwear, accessories and home goods typically at discounted prices from bigger retailers.
The company operates more than 1,000 branches nationwide, including stores in Grand Chute, Green Bay and Milwaukee.
The Oshkosh store will be the company’s 15th overall in Wisconsin.
