7Brew Drive-Thru Coffee, the company behind a spate of new drive-thru shops in El Paso, is a national chain that launched in Rogers, Arkansas, and now boasts dozens of locations across the country, from New York to Alabama, North Carolina to Utah.

The company began with a simple mission to revolutionize drive-thru coffee service. Beginning with only seven specialty coffee drinks, 7Brew now offers a wide variety of coffees, energy drinks, fizzes, teas, lemonades, smoothies and shakes.

Where is it?

The new 7Brew Drive-Thru Coffee location will set up shop at 1901 Mesa St., near the Hospitals of Providence, according to the city’s permit and licensing page.

Not far from the Hospitals of Providence, the new drive-thru coffee shop will be located near a Burger King and a Raising Cane’s, and surrounded by several local doctors’ offices and clinics.

What was there before?

The new 7Brew Drive-Thru Coffee location will be a new construction site atop a currently vacant lot.

The construction will consist of a new 536 square-foot building designed for drive-thru service only, with no on-site consumption or seating. The project includes associated paving, utility and landscape developments.

Who is the contractor?

The contractor for the project is not listed on the city’s website, but the applicant is Erin Dudley of CEI Engineers in Bentonville, Arkansas. The owner is listed as Hague Avenue Ltd. in El Paso.

The project is valued at $750,000.
