Texas A&M will take over the SEC Network on Saturday

Texas A&M Athletics enjoyed one of its most memorable calendar years during the 2025 season, led by the Aggies volleyball team winning its first national championship in program history, as third-year coach Jamie Morrison and his veteran squad made it through the NCAA Tournament gauntlet, including epic victories over No. 1-seed Nebraska in Lincoln, Pitt, and Kentucky in the title matchup.

On the football field, second-year coach Mike Elko, starting quarterback Marcel Reed, transfer wide receivers KC Concepcion and Mario Craver, and unanimous All-American edge Cashius Howell all posted career numbers during what stands as one of the best seasons after finishing 11-2, while making the College Football Playoff for the first time in program history.

As the last coach hired during the 2025 college basketball offseason, Texas A&M AD Trev Alberts took a risk in hiring former Samford head coach Bucky McMillan, who built his first roster completely from the transfer portal, and after former Indiana forward Mackenzie Mgbako was lost for the season after seven games in non-conference, the rest of the roster, especially forward Rashaun Agee and Rylan Griffin, stepped up throughout the season.

Amid the ebbs and flows of SEC play, the Aggies finished 22-12 and tied for fourth in SEC play at 11-7, and made the NCAA Tournament, defeating Saint Mary’s in the first round before falling to Houston in the Round of 32. On Thursday, it was announced that Texas A&M will take over the SEC Network on Saturday, showing ten memorable games during the 2025-2026 season.
