After falling short of an NCAA Tournament appearance in 2025, the Texas A&M baseball program is looking to get back to its winning ways this year, and looking its best while doing so.
The program announced the debut of a new Adidas alternate uniform on Saturday. Texas A&M introduced the new grey jersey featuring a maroon script “Aggies” logo across the chest. The jerseys are available for purchase now for $100 (pre-tax) through the Adidas shop.
While the new uniforms are slick, second-year head coach Michael Earley will also be tasked with putting a cleaner product on the field in 2026, after failing to reach the postseason with the preseason No. 1 team last year.

Texas A&M entered the 2025 season as the unanimous preseason No. 1 team in the country, but finished the year empty-handed. The Aggies failed to make the postseason for the first time since 2021, one year after the program’s first-ever College World Series finals appearance.
With the departure of former head coach Jim Schlossnagle, who became the new head coach of the Texas Longhorns at the conclusion of Texas A&M’s run in Omaha, athletic director Trev Alberts named Michael Earley as the head coach. The Aggies had all of the tools necessary to put a stamp on another postseason run, but ended well-short, leaving many to speculate on the future of Earley at the helm moving forward. Injuries, especially in the Aggie bullpen, caused a tremendous strain on the overall performance in 2025.
An impressive transfer class and talent retention during the offseason have Texas A&M at No. 25 in the D1 Baseball Preseason Top 25 rankings, however. First-pitch for this year’s ventures begins on Feb. 13-15 against Tennessee Tech.
