Everyone focuses on the NFL regular season, but what about the schedule that goes on in the preseason?
The Houston Texans will play two home preseason games at the newly renamed Reliant Stadium before hitting the road for a final preseason matchup against the Carolina Panthers. According to reports, that final week will feature a joint practice between former No. 1 overall pick Bryce Young and his NFC South-leading Panthers against C.J. Stroud and the 12-win Texans ahead of the Aug. 28 battle at Bank of America Stadium.

Every one of the team’s preseason games will be televised locally in Houston, though the Bolts vs. Texans battle could also be a massive draw on national television on the NFL Network channel.
The league will announce the full list of preseason games set to be televised on NFLN later this summer.
The Texans open the regular season at Reliant Stadium against the Buffalo Bills on Sept. 13 at Noon.
