The Enquirer and Cincinnati.com partnered with Philadelphia-based Energage, an employee research and culture technology firm, for the 17th year to determine the winners of this year’s Greater Cincinnati Top Workplaces.
The rankings are based solely on employee survey feedback that is then analyzed based on Energage’s objective criteria. Energage performs the surveys for media partners in metropolitan areas across the United States.
Any organization — public, private, nonprofit, government — with 50 or more employees was eligible to participate.
