The store’s site, which is located at 290 E. Aurora Road, covers about 8.75 acres, property records show.

No information was immediately available about FrontView’s plans for the Giant Eagle location.

FrontView and Giant Eagle’s media relations team could not be reached for comment.

This property sale comes after Kroger announced it will purchase Giant Eagle in a $1.65 billion deal July 1.

No immediate store closures are expected for the area’s Giant Eagle stores, according to Carl Green, president of the United Food and Commercial Workers Local 880.
