CANTON TWP. ‒ The Stark County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an overnight shooting at a township bar that left four people injured.
A 911 call about 2:57 a.m. reported shots fired at Ashton’s Bar & Grill, 2900 Eighth St. NE. Deputies arrived to find that four people had been shot, and that none of the injuries was life-threatening.
A news release from the Sheriff’s Office says no one on scene provided information about the shooter, so detectives are investigating.
The Stark County Sheriff’s Office asks anyone with information to come forward, by calling the Sheriff’s Office at 330-430-3800; or via the Anonymous Crime Tip Line at 330-451-3937.
