End of the Columbus area housing boom? Not so fast | Opinion

Good news for those hoping to land a home in the Columbus market: Gloria Alonso Cannon, president of Columbus Realtors, says there are more houses for sale.

Good news for sellers: She says things are still very, very competitive.

“We are still seeing multiple offers in certain situations,” Alonso Cannon explains in the video embedded on this page. “We have so much growth because we have so many people coming from other parts of the country and plus we have the people who already live here that want to buy.”
