Quinnen Williams still endorsed Aaron Glenn after trade from Jets to Cowboys

The New York Jets are in the past for Quinnen Williams but he still had positive vibes he sent back to his first NFL home after being traded.

The star defensive tackle was moved at the 2025 NFL trade deadline by the Jets and he landed with the Dallas Cowboys.

Reports indicated that Williams wanted to be traded as well.

Even so, the No. 3 overall pick by New York in 2019 had nothing but praise for his former team upon arriving in Dallas.

The 27-year-old admitted he was frustrated playing on another losing team. In terms of the Jets’ long-term future, Williams thinks New York head coach Aaron Glenn will get it done eventually.

“I still believe in what (Aaron Glenn) is doing there is going to be great for those guys, and the leadership that he has is going to be great for those guys. The way that Darren [Mougey] has handled everything is going to be great,” Williams said,
