For the second time in three years, Penn Yan and Palmyra-Macedon meet to decide the Class D section champion.
Penn Yan looks as capable as any for a deep state run. The Mustangs have won 16 games this year despite a heavy dose of large school competition on their schedule.
Pal-Mac returned to Class D this year after a year in C. This is the Red Raiders’ 10th straight finals appearance.
