Much can change in the New York state girls lacrosse rankings to come, but for now the status quo prevails.
Most Section V teams are at a standstill on this week’s list, but much will likely change soon with section semifinals and finals being played over the next week.
Biggest rise: Livonia-Avon-Geneseo is the second seed in the Class C section tournament, and for the first time listed in the state rankings. LAG, which has 15 wins this year, debuts in the final spot.
Biggest fall: It was a week with little movement, but Mercy is down one spot in Class B after its season ended in the section quarterfinals.
