ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter might not be a Buffalo native or full Bills fan, but he has a connection with the fan base.
The group now known as Bills Mafia started back when wide receiver Stevie Johnson was playing with the team. A message on social media from Johnson which was then shared by Schefter helped kick the whole thing off.
All the way back in 2010 is when that happened and now Bills Mafia is worldwide.
The two met recently at a charity event in Buffalo and Schefter explained that the simple part he played in the creation of Bills Mafia is something that means plenty to him.
