In honor of Memorial Day and the military personnel who died in the line of duty, Ace Hardware is offering 1 million free American flags on Saturday, May 24.
The nationwide hardware chain, along with the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), is giving away the flags to customers at participating locations and VFW posts across the country. The 8-inch by 12-inch flags will be distributed for free while supplies last, allowing customers to proudly display their support over the holiday weekend.
Many Ace Hardware locations will also be throwing a Summer BBQ Party the same day, with deals on grills and outdoor equipment, patio furniture, free samples, and an offer for 12 Omaha Steaks burgers and 12 Gourmet Jumbo Franks with every grill purchase..

When is Ace giving away free American flags?
Ace Hardware will be handing out free American flags while supplies last from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 24.
In-store only, no purchase necessary, limit one per customer. You may want to get there early, as demand is often high for this offer.
