It was a record-setting season.
Dobbs Ferry senior Anthony Ficarrotta became Section 1’s all-time leading scorer on Feb. 6 and then distanced himself from the pack as the Eagles advanced to the Section 1 Class C final before losing to Woodlands. Suffern senior Jake Pampolina landed atop the all-time scoring list in Rockland County on Jan. 30 and kept adding to his total before the Mounties fell in a Section 1 Class AA semifinal to Rye.
