While we found out who will be on the call for Notre Dame games on NBC last week, we found out on Sunday who will be the broadcast team for the Irish’s season opener on the road against Miami.
The game will be televised on ABC, and the partners with ESPN will send its No. 2 crew of Sean McDonough as the play-by-play commentator and former Alabama quarterback Greg McElory as the color man as reported by Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald. It’s a solid crew, as they saw the Irish during the College Football Playoff in their win against Georgia.
It’s the biggest game of the day, and will have no competition with another game as Virginia Tech travels to South Carolina earlier in the day. Once again, all eyes with be on Notre Dame, as they look to start the 2025 season on the right foot against the Hurricanes.
