Central Library is open to the public as a cooling center during regular business hours. Visitors must follow the library code of conduct while on site.

Evansville Rescue Mission
The Evansville Rescue Mission offers a cooling center during daytime hours in connection with its summer contingency plan. Guests can stay in the atrium and standard conduct rules apply.
Men, women and kids are welcome when temperatures exceed 90 degree.

United Caring Services
United Caring Services is open to adults and children during daytime hours.
