The Notre Dame Fighting Irish have landed another key target, receiving a commitment from three-star wide receiver Jackson Coleman on Monday, according to On3’s Hayes Fawcett.
Coleman is from Highlands Ranch, Colorado, and picked Notre Dame over the Oregon Ducks and Northwestern Wildcats. The Fighting Irish worked quickly to land Coleman, offering him a scholarship on April 16. He took his first visit to campus shortly after and is now a member of Notre Dame’s 2027 recruiting class.
He is ranked as the No. 886 overall player and No. 125 wide receiver in the Rivals industry ranking. He is also the No. 4 player from Colorado. He is Notre Dame’s first wide receiver commit.
Coleman had a productive junior season at Valor Christian High School. He finished the season with 45 receptions for 975 yards and nine touchdowns, averaging 21.7 yards per catch.
The Fighting Irish have been on a tear lately, with Coleman being their third commit in the past four days. In addition to Coleman, they have also landed four-star quarterback Champ Monds and four-star edge Aidan O’Neil. The additions give Notre Dame 13 commits, 10 of whom are considered four-star prospects. The group is ranked as the No. 10 class in the country by Rivals.
