SOUTH BEND — Residents who have had their eye on a local restaurant, bar or coffee shop to try will have the opportunity to explore the South Bend’s restaurant scene for special pricing during Summer Restaurant Weeks held by the Downtown Dining Association.
From July 24 to August 9, 30 locally owned spots in the downtown area will offer special menus at discounted prices to satisfy hunger, thirst and sweet-tooth cravings.
Approximately 10% of the proceeds from each meal purchased will be donated directly to Beacon Children’s Hospital, Downtown South Bend said in a press release. Since 2014, the DDA has donated a total of $334,138.26 to support Beacon Children’s Hospital.
Reservations are encouraged, and DTSB is asking that residents mention Restaurant Weeks when making reservations.
