My order: I had a mushroom and cheddar omelet ($10.99), plus an order of hash browns ($3.49). The omelet was quite large and the potatoes had a nice combination of soft and crispy shreds. My friend had a garden salad ($5.99), which was fresh and crunchy.
Likes: This new restaurant specializes in Southern cuisine; there are a variety of chicken wings, plus catfish, walleye, shrimp, gizzards and a tripe sandwich. Breakfast is served all day. Daily specials are written on a white board near the front counter.
Dislikes: Service was fairly slow. There were no ketchup bottles on the tables; ask for packets if you need some.
What would I order next time? I might try the Chicken & Waffles ($12.99) or a Pony Shoe ($10.99).
