Golden Globe and Emmy-winning actor Drew Barrymore’s Westchester County home on nearly 12 acres in Harrison is listed for sale at $4.99 million.
The 19 Winfield Ave. property’s main house, which has origins dating to 1747, has had modern updates, including a renovated kitchen.

“Renovated to the highest standard, 19 Winfield is a rare legacy estate where every room has been thoughtfully reimagined for the perfect moment,” the listing reads.
Barrymore, who hosts daytime talk show “The Drew Barrymore Show,” won a Golden Globe award for portraying Edith Bouvier Beale in HBO’s “Grey Gardens.” She is also a producer and has released four books, including a memoir.
Kori Sassower and Brian K. Lewis of Compass have the listing.
What to expect at 19 Winfield Ave.
The home’s entrance features a chalet-inspired foyer with a limestone fireplace, the listing reads.
The great room has 30-foot ceilings and “walls that are wrapped in windows,” filling the space with natural light, the listing said.
The primary suite has a sitting room, walk-in closet, two bathrooms, Juliet balcony, and a large picture window that frames the property and lets the room become illuminated with natural light. There are also three family bedrooms, two bathrooms and a finished, livable attic.
The estate has a pool house and a separate guest cottage. The pool house is a “tranquil spa-like escape with a living room, bedroom, full bath with a timeless soaking tub overlooking the grounds, laundry, and full kitchen.” The guest cottage has a loft, living room, full bath, and kitchen.
The floor plan provides flexibility, the listing said, “as open spaces flow between the kitchen, dining room, sitting, room, sunlit conservatory, cozy family room, expansive living room, and additional gracious entertaining spaces, all which are enhanced by the multiple fireplaces, creating a sense of warmth, comfort and connection throughout.”
There is a gunite heated pool surrounded by wildflower-filled gardens that, the listing said, evoke the feeling of a secluded upstate resort, but the property is close to New York City.
The property is in the Harrison School District and close to Rye, Harrison, and Mamaroneck.
The listing said the land has been subdivided into five lots, “creating a unique opportunity to enjoy the estate as one spectacular compound or the ability to sell off additional parcels in the future.”
