PEORIA — A building that houses a Starbucks on at a busy Peoria intersection has been listed for sale.
The building at 4820 N. University Street, which houses a Starbucks location as it lone tenant, has been put on the market for $2.2 million.
That location sits prominently on the intersection of University Street and Glen Avenue, two of the busiest roadways in the city of Peoria.
The listing describes the building as a “trophy quality, single-tenant” location. The Starbucks has operated in that building since 2005 and recently extended its lease there through 2031 with an additional four more options for five-year extensions, according to the listing.
The building is currently owned by the Kenneth M. Doo Trust, according to county records. It was last sold in 2016 for $2.2 million by Star City Capital.
