The State Journal-Register’s all-area baseball team and its players of the year will be announced on Thursday, June 25 at sj-r.com/sports. But now is the opportunity for fans to make your voices heard as you determine the fan-vote player of the year.
The Springfield-area players available to vote for were named to the Illinois High School Baseball Coaches Association’s all-state teams for Class 1A-3A.
The poll will close Friday at noon.
